Physician's Formula makes a pretty decent full coverage liquid, but I'm not sure about your access to it. :)

I use the Liquid Powder Mineral Makeup in Linen from Cosmetic Cosmos. I've attached a link for the shade Cream Beige, which I bought initially but was way too dark on me. I used a cotton swab to sample it once -never used it on my face or touched the opening with my fingers.

This is my other go-to foundation when I'm too lazy to use LaurEss Minimalist, which is my number one, HG foundation.

The coverage of this liquid mineral foundation is buildable and dries to a very soft powder finish, which eliminates the additional step of using a finishing powder. Also lasts a long time, too. I powder my face once a day, twice if its really humid outside, when I use this foundation (I do use Camellia Rose's primer). I have combination skin with an oily t-zone that will not quit and this foundation holds up quite well. I use a MAC 187 brush to apply. Will probably work with a foundation brush as well.

I don't know if Cosmetic Cosmos ships internationally, but if you think that the Cream Beige may be a match for you, email me your mailing address and I'll send it to you free of charge, as I cannot return it or use it myself. Please note that I will use the least expensive method of shipment so it may take a while before you receive it. (Don't know how long, but when I order products from Hong Kong or Japan, it takes anywhere between 1 to 3 weeks before I receive it here in California.)
