A mineral makeup addict , as compared to a car, has no brakes. A mineral makeup addict wants to try and roadtest all brands possible , to be able to get his/ her Holy Grail mineral makeup products. I think I have alot already, but there are still ALOT of brands which I haven’t tried, and really, really want to try!
Let me share to you my wishlist of brands to roadtest next :
1. Fusion of Color
2. Geografx
3. Susan Posnick
4. Colorescience
5. DYG
6. Uglogirl
7. Micabella
8. MAD Minerals
9. Fyrinnae
10. Lily Lolo
11. Elemental Beauty ( my sponsor! haha! )
Well, that’s what I want to try right now! If you have any recommendations on what I could try to review for the blog, please feel free to leave a comment! I will surely listen ( or rather, read! )

I have the mineral foundation and some eyeshadows by Micabella. I love them! The eyeshadows are GREAT while the foundation leaves my skin with a very nice glow.
Forgot to say that you can see some pics of my favorite Micabella eye shadows here: http://www.2agency.net/beauty/?p=20
I give them two thumbs up!
try micabella RIGHT NOW… i am no kidding, it is the best ever, everything is shimmery, and it lasts alll day long (even if your skin gets greasy) their eyeshadows are 5465463216354 times better then the mac pigment, and for the price, you cant go wrong
micabella is definetely something i would recommend to a mineral makeup lover such as yourself
Fyrinnae is AMAZING, you MUST make sure you try that one! I am also a fellow mineral makeup addict and haven’t heard of a lot of those so if they’ve got sample sizes, I’ll definately be checking them out.
P.S.
Do you think you would be able to suggest some fairly priced brushes specifically for mineral makeup? I can’t find any that are in decent budget range but feel I’d like to get some mineral makeup specific brushes. Thanks!
From your list I’ve tried Fusion of Color, Lily Lolo and MAD. FOC has great finishing powders and oil control powders plus their e/s brushes which I love, very fast shipping, too. Lily Lolo has good foundation with light to medium coverage. I like their e/s for good staying power and great colors although I’m iffy about the blushes. A bit expensive, too, esp. if you buy the full pots. MAD has the greatest CS, fast shipping and great products with not-so expensive prices. Their multis are vibrant in color and samples are very generous.
I’m still waiting for my UGlogirl package so I can’t comment on that yet.
I just purchased the MicaBella Starter Kit which comes with a foundation, blush, three eyeshadows and two brushes. I was extremely dissatisfied with the foundation, it does not cover very well and does not blend at all. I find myself adding more to correct this, and it leaves me with a cakey mess. Not only does the product not work for me, the customer service is horrible! The kiosk employees would not allow me to return the $150 kit that I have no use for now, and refused to help me. They told me the MicaBella company would refund my money, which is not true. MicaBella is a wholesale company and do not work with customers. If you like to know you have a real person to go to if there is something wrong with your make-up DO NOT try MicaBella. The only good thing I can say is the eye colors are great! But other than that, I give this product and BIG thumbs down!!
I have tried Sheer Cover and MicaBella. I really like the MicaBella because I do not have to blend different colors to get the right shade. I am of a darker complexion and MicaBella gives me an awesome glow.
i agree the eyeshadoww are nice the foundation is leaves me with a dull and ashy look the blush was told to bring color to my face but it just leaves me with shimmery spots and i would not recommend there kit also. i have had my kit for 3 days and the foundation brush has broken and leaves the hair all over my face which i was told is goathair but looking at it all now $150.00 down the drain. i really wanted to like this but i cant do anything to this and out my money.
