It is one of the few instances wherein I would courageously grab my camera to take swatches – for the longest time, I have been frustrated in taking good pictures and not all have come out the way I want them to be. I even got myself a DSLR, and to my dismay, I couldn’t let it work my way, so there, it goes to my sister who is studying photography next semester ( yay, maybe I could make her take pictures next time. ) Thank goodness, this “photoshoot” of some swatches of the latest Sultry Collection ( though some are not ) of Monave Minerals have come out just fine – using my trusty point and shoot camera ( that I swear I’ll never take for granted, ever again. )
Right at this moment, I have regretted on how late I got these beautiful multipurpose minerals. I have almost all the Monave multi-purpose minerals, save for these, and as they say, I might have just saved the best for last! They are just perfect for the smoky eye, which is very very hot this fall! Other subdued colors such as rose, and crest look quite dainty and ladylike!
Take a look for some more!
Goodness. The collection is full of very strong, and vivid shades! Unique ones, for me, would definitely be Ivy, a gorgeous silvery gray shade that is very challenging to wear, as well as Hypnotic ( somewhat brown-plum ) and Mirage, which reminds me of the desert ( somewhat complex gold )
These one at the bottom are not part of the Sultry Collection ( some from the Fire, Roses, or Beach Collection ) but are nonetheless gorgeous.
At this rate, I have already alot of mineral eyeshadows, and I am really thankful that samples really last for a long time, that even if it is $1-$2 a sample, it just makes me buy more minerals, to be added to my ever growing mineral makeup collection!
