Yep, it was only now that I realized that my skin was flaking. I could not conceal them with more foundation because well, they were flakes! I could not even remove those flakes because it is a no-no to remove them, because they can cause premature hyperpigmentation. It's a PITA, but it's well worth it in the long run. If you need to wear makeup, try applying with a Beauty Blender wet (you stipple instead of buff), or mixing your foundation with oil-free moisturizer in the palm of your hand and applying as if it were moisturizer alone.
