Hi Jessica. I use BE Medium Tan and tested a lot of Jane’s pressed colours. I have yellow undertones and tan easily and Medium Tan matches my body in Summer. Jane’s Pressed Caramel looked the same.

Hello!! I’m currently using Bare Escentuals Medium Tan shade and I really want to try out Jane Iredale’s foundations. I don’t live in the US so its really difficult for me to gauge what shade I should get. Also, I’ve got yellow undertonas as well! Any suggestions? Thanks!!

Thanks! I had emailed Jane Iredale site, and asked what shade was closest the the BE Light….& they suggested Warm Sienna, which looked quite a bit darker than BE Light to me. ~=o/

I’ve been using Bare Escentuals and would really, really like to switch to Jane Iredale’s Pressed Base. I am in Alaska so I’ll need to order online. But I need help choosing the correct color. I have light skin, with a slightly olive cast: Bare Escentuals #2 (Light) has been a reasonably good match for me, if a tad yellow. (I tried Barely Light & looked washed out)What color in Jane’s line would be most equivalent to this? I’ve seen light olive skin classed as both cool or neutral, but the pinky tones of cool colors don’t usually look quite right. Help!
