I received a package just recently, and one of my upcoming reviews would be a mineral makeup brand that I have just heard this year, called LA Minerals. I swear, with so much mineral makeup brands right now, it’s very hard to keep track, don’t you think?

LA Minerals is a Texas-based mineral makeup company that prides itself with premium quality mineral makeup – no parabens, fragrances, bismuth oxychloride and talc – just about what the discriminating mineral makeup user wants to avoid. With their promise of really good mineral makeup, I was very curious on what they had to offer.

What I have right now is a full pot of their Hollywood Face Base , their mineral foundation with medium to heavy coverage, their Nohobase – a sheerer formulation of their mineral foundation, their mineral bronzer, their mattifying primer powder, and their mineral veil. I also have their lipbalm. I have just started roadtesting them and I feel that they glide in like silk on my skin. Review, to follow, as soon as tomorrow for the face powders!

Has anyone tried LA Minerals? How has it fared for you?

   WOW! LA Minerals is AMAZING! I cant beleive how AWESOME it works! Last year I found them looking for a less expensive mineral makeup, and ever since Ive tried their product thats the ONLY makeup I will buy. It provides great coverage, and leaves your skin looking SOOO clear and smooth! I LOVE LOVE LOVE their products! I use the Hollywood base, which works like a charm. I have reddish cheeks and freckles and have always been trying to make my skin look all the same same tone with liquid makeup, which never cut it. Also, LA Minerals SHIPS FAST! I ordered a full size jar and 4 samples Saturday night and just got them today (Wednesday)!! The veil works excellent! Thank you LA Minerals for boosting my confidence!

   I have been trying LA Minerals for a few months and I a totally swear by it. At first I was a bit skeptical about a powder foundation giving me as much coverage as a liquid foundation, but in the past few months I have never looked better. I get so many compliments on my skin because people don’t realize that I am actually wearing makeup. I am getting married in August and I went in for a makeup consultation. My make up artist couldn’t even tell that I was wearing the foundation!! I am definitely wearing the hollywood face base on my wedding day.

   I love this make-up! I never could wear base or foundation, it was always too heavy or I could not match my skin.(I’m a carmel colored black female)This make-up matches perfectly and it feels natural!!!

   I love LA Minerals!!!! I was looking for a mineral make-up that did not make my face itch like a big and pricey brand did. When I ordered samples of LA Minerals I was a little worried it won’t be what I needed. When I recieved it 2 days later I was very surprised how quick I got my order. I used it and it was a dream come true. My face has cleared up alot. I have been using it about 3 weeks now and I will never use anything else. Plus I love supporting a Texas base company. Great prices and a very GREAT product. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE IT!!!

   Once you’ve tried LA Minerals products you won’t need to bother researching mineral makeup ever again. This company is FANTASTIC! They offer natural, smooth-as-silk powder foundation that makes your skin look dewy, youthful and even-toned, without any harmful ingredients. It’s amazing and so affordable, too! I live in hot Florida, but LA Minerals Hollywood Foundation lasts all day, even when I’m outdoors. The almost-free samples make it so easy to find your best color and favorite products. I’m in my early 60s (!), but people tell me I look much younger. I no longer have that dry, powdery over-made-up look. I’ve been using LA Minerals for only 3 months, but I see an improvement in my skin already. I had been using a popular brand marketed heavily on TV and their over-priced products made my face break out; besides that, the hyped-up company had terrible (non-existent) customer service. LA Minerals has a fast turnaround time not only for shipping, but also for responding to your questions. With online products, good customer service is vital and LA Minerals is there for you with personalized, courteous, prompt and caring responses.
