Mineral Makeup Brush Review : Blusche’s Synthetic Flat Top

See how handy it is?

Prebuy specials are a one of a kind chance to get good tools for your makeup application at a fraction of the price. Sure, you might be waiting for a couple of months before your order arrives. But trust me, it’s worth the wait. And I can say that with Blusche’s prebuy special.

Around February to March, Canada-based mineral makeup brand held its very first prebuy special, offering a synthetic flat top and brush set. They are pre-ordered and were set to arrive this May. And both are perfect for those who want their beauty tools cruelty-free. ;)

I received my package last week, and to my surprise, I was caught by a rather “mini”-flat top brush. The size if perfect for travel, and fits into my makeup kit with so much ease! I’ll surely be bringing this around. As for the softness, I think I’m swaying more into synthetics! I didn’t wait anymore to put the brush into a test. It did not disappoint. Minerals glided smoothly and evenly onto my face, as the soft bristles brushed against my skin. I can’t keep from buffing and buffing!

As described from Blusche’s online store:

If you want a top of the line synthetic brush that acts and feels like natural hair this is the one to get! It doesn’t shed.

The Flat Top Brush will give you an ultimate application, use with: foundation, blush, shimmer powders, especially works wonders with veil & bronzer. Size is 4 inches long.

Before I forget, Blusche’s owner Monica also sent out two samples of her newly formulated full-coverage matte foundation. I’ve been road testing it for the past few days and I’m loving the coverage it gives minus the caking and that heavy feel. Having said that, I’m totally looking forward to the release of her new products soon.

Here’s the Blush Vixen all-smiles with her new toy! :D

Oh hey, that looks exactly like the flat top brush from Everyday Minerals! Any difference in these two?

This brush looks exactly like the EDM flat-top brush (USD 10) and Blusche is selling it cheaper (USD 9, at the moment there’s a sale going on so right now it’s 7,20).

hi ladies! I don’t have the one EDM is selling. But based from the pics, perhaps they have the same supplier?

I’m not so sure though. I must agree that it’s way more affordable. And yes, it’s really soft! :D
