Colorescience Sunforgettable SPF 30 Brush

It’s been way back since I featured Colorescience Mineral Makeup. I think it was one of my first posts in this blog, but it is only last month that I had a very good chance to play with the products.

One heavensent product of theirs is the Colorescience Sunforgettable SPF 30 Brush
. For lotion phobic people, or even those who tend to skip on sunblock because they feel it’s too greasy, this mineral product is designed to shed those excuses off not to use sunscreen, and lessen the cases of skin cancer!

First of all, the brush applicator is good. It allows you to refill after you’ve used up by replacing the top part with another one, and the brush head, is soft enough that it won’t prick your skin. No need to pump product out as gravity releases product as you swipe and swipe on your skin.

The shade is colorless, and it goes on absolutely colorless and unaffecting anything you’ve applied before, be it makeup, or just nothing at all. It is advised to spray moisture mist to set it and make it last longer. It is water resistant, sports-proof, and well, not greasy ( for the nth time! )

To tell you the honest truth, I love this product to the core. I bring this with me wherever I am and use this as a touchup powder, after blotting excess oil off my face, like twice a day. I also apply it on my arms and hands, and it just feels like nothing, so I really appreciate that no-sunblock feel. It’s very very convenient given the packaging, and the sunblock in powder form that makes me forget the hassles of wearing sunblock, but rather, motivating me to apply more ( since I feel that it’s just like mineral makeup, or rather, it IS mineral makeup! ) as it is a win-win situation for me. My skin will the least, be young for a bit longer time, I really hope!

Overall, I love this. The price is not too cheap, but I have checked other powdered sunscreens in the market, and they sell for the same price as well, but then, if you’re willing to splurge for a good sunscreen that would make you want to wear it every day, without the greasy feel, by all means, Colorescience has my vote.

And did I mention that Colorescience has amazing products? Reviews, up next!
