This one’s quite a popular mineral makeup product already since a friend of mine shot a “stock photo” of it. Haha, by the way, her name’s Phoebe, and shes a mineral makeup addict, too.

I was able to receive a sample of this from the lovely Monica last Holidays when Blusche and Beauty and Minerals were boothmates for two bazaars. Amongst others, I was always interested in trying out mineral veils because I am always in search for those with great oil control, flawless finish, and light-reflecting properties that would help you forget you had imperfections. Mineral makeup is just like that *wink*
Phoebe is a shade of Blusche’s mineral veil for light to medium shaded users.
I first used Blusche on those really laid back days when I didn’t feel like wearing any makeup because Blusche has medium coverage that felt really light on the skin. I didn’t even use any primer, I just applied the usual sandwich method ( mineral veil – foundation – mineral veil ) and some undereye brightening mineral. I let the day pass me by, with me just working, and when I went home and slept for an hour or so, I woke up with my face not horribly oily as I’ve always expected my skin to be ( with me always armed with oil blotting paper ). I’m absolutely delighted about this new wonder product. I love how it controls the oiliness in my skin. As for the finish, the finish is just alright, and I can say that it’s also creamy. I think I’m getting a full pot of this myself because it feels amazing.
So there, my review of the Phoebe Mineral Veil. This would be a great addition to the vanity table as the weather grows warmer as skin would be oilier by then!
